Drie performances waarin Hartnett 'het hulpeloze in haar gedrag onderzoekt, de mate waarin haar gedrag bepaald wordt door de noodzaak'. Tijdens Out of necessity zou ze 'beweging-energie opbouwen binnen een bepaalde ruimte'. Up against the wall vormde een 'monoloog'. Hooting was een geluidsperformance.
